4th January
So beginning of day 3, not a great start for breakfast, it’s a long story so sorry if you get bored.
I’m staying away for work on my own (which I hate), and last night I was told I’m the only one staying at the hotel so for breakfast the chef will only come in to cook for me so I felt like I had to order something decent, I couldn;t just ask for cereal!
So I ended up having some toast, scrambled egg and bacon, I guess it’s not the end of the world and I’ll make it up by doing a longer exercise dvd later.
Plan for today, work work work! Then back to the hotel, have some dinner sit down for an hour then an hours dvd.
Food;
- Bacon, scrambled egg and slice of toast (350)
- Snack bar (232)
- Chicken pasta (356)
- Crisps (131)
- Pizza (1,050)
Total 2,119!!!!! Bad Day!!!!
Cardio;
- My back is too painful, rest day today!
